Approximate room dimensions: Living room = 16'4" x 11'11" Kitchen = 11'11" x 7'4" Left Bedroom = 9'6" x 11'11" Right Bedroom = 11' x 12' At least half the deposit is due at signing, we can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. Sorry, no dogs allowed at this location unless it's a service or emotional support animal.
