I lived here for a couple of years, partly during the pandemic so a safe and welcoming environment was extremely important. Anytime there was any issue that may have come It was promptly dealt with in a caring manner. The staff was extremely kind and my overall experience was extremely positive especially with the property manager who always promptly responded with care. The unit was also beautiful and well maintained with no issues with the excellent amenities it offered. Extremely grateful that this was part of my living experience in boulder.

I’m extremely happy at Uptown Broadway! The location is fantastic – it’s in walking distance to the foothills with access to hiking and biking. There are coffee shops, restaurants and a great bike shop all within a 2-minute walk. There is a great small grocery store less than a mile away. On-site, there is an exercise area, business center, and courtyards with a grill, gas fire pit, tables, etc. – a great place to relax outside and at home in the Boulder sunshine! I am extremely happy with the management and maintenance at Uptown Broadway. The staff are dedicated, responsive and helpful. They are hard-working and take pride in their work. As someone considering a move to the area, I first rented an apt at Uptown Broadway for only 3 months. Not only did I love the area, but I looked no further for a longer-term lease in a larger apartment in the same complex. I appreciate the personalized approach they take with residents. When a maintenance issue arises, I receive a call from maintenance in minutes! They have always responded to the problem and fixed it quickly. When I had a problem with heat, I submitted a maintenance request on a Saturday morning and had a temporary fix and heat by the afternoon. The repair was finished on Sunday! Not only are requests handled quickly and effectively, they follow up to be sure the problem is fixed and that you are satisfied with their work. This is not an isolated example, each of my interactions with maintenance and management have been positive and helpful. There are many different apartment floorplans and the units are well-maintained and comfortable. I can’t say enough positive things about being here.
