This fully furnished in-law apartment is attached to our home, but has a separate and private entrance. It's just me and my husband here in the main house which sits on a 2+ acre lot that backs up to the Cumberland River. There is a beautiful view and deck to enjoy it if you walk back to the Ridge (but no direct water access). This area is shared space, but you are welcome to it. There is an overlook and screened in area. This location has easy access to the interstate to get to any area of Nashville you may need to go. Most can be reached in 20 minutes or less. The home is all inclusive, including YouTube TV service, so all you will need are your personal items! This rental is best suited for a single occupant. One parking space is designated for you in the carport right next to the entrance. We do require a background/credit check. 90day min lease. Sorry, no pets (caged pets may be considered)
