This gorgeous, spacious 3-bedroom/3-bath tri-level home offers superb living with glossy hardwood floors, high ceilings, and high-end finishes throughout. The home also has plentiful windows for a flood of natural light, and a great location in Portland's coveted Sellwood neighborhood. A set of stairs leads you to the expansive, bright main level. The great room flows to the stunning galley-style kitchen featuring rich wood cabinets, sleek quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. A large window on one side overlooks the backyard. On the other, a counter with a built-in cooktop doubles as a breakfast bar, open to the living space. Back at the front door, take the exit that leads to the lovely deck with a nice tree-filled view, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Head back inside, and take the stairs down to the lower level, where you'll find a bedroom suite with a full bath that includes a soaking tub. The other two bedroom suites are located on the top level of the home. The primary has three closets and a walk-in shower. The second boasts another soaking tub. There's plenty of room for parking in the one-car garage and on the parking pad. You'll be within walking distance to Sellwood's unique shopping experiences and great restaurants. Golf and tennis players can enjoy a round or a game at nearby Eastmoreland Golf course. Pet policy: Pets are allowed - 50-lb weight limit on dogs Smoking policy: Smoking prohibited on entire premises Tenant pays for water/sewer, gas, electric, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for yard care. Applications can be found on our website at scoutrents com The open application period begins 10/30/26 at 6:11PM. Applications received before the open application period will receive an 8-hour penalty. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received. If multiple tenants are applying for a unit, the application is considered complete once all parties have submitted. - SECURITY DEPOSIT The security deposit for this property will be at least equal to one month’s rent. Based on the results of the tenant screening process, an additional security deposit may be required. If applicable, the additional amount will be: * An extra half-month’s rent for properties located within Portland city limits * An extra full month’s rent for properties outside Portland In addition, a $500 pet deposit is required for each pet, when applicable. That’s why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) to address common headaches for our renters.
