Both bedrooms are spacious and have brand new carpeting and ample closet space. There's a 1 car garage and a laundry room with w/d hookups. This home also includes a large, private back patio. Sign a 14-month lease and receive your first month's rent free! This rental does not include a refrigerator or washer and dryer. We do have some available for rent: $65/month for the refrigerator & $75/month for a w/d set. We do allow pets! There is a $250 pet initiation fee for the first animal, and $100 for an additional animal. There is a 2-pet max. While we do not have any weight restrictions, monthly pet rent is based off the weight of your dog. Cats are $25/month.
