LOVE LOVE LOVE this apartment complex. I've lived there since May. The individual units are gorgeous, the stainless steel appliances, and the kitchen layout gives the unit a very modern and open feel, the grounds are well kept, it is quiet, and has a very safe feel (especially with the gate that surrounds the entire complex). The maintenance crew is friendly and they are very swift. I haven't met the complete management team but Morgan is most definitely a favorite of mine. She is amazing! Very personable and helpful even before we decided to move in, she remembers my and my husband's name and apartment number so I never have to remind her. It really helps with getting packages, asking questions, and maintenance requests. She really goes the extra step to ensure that it feels more like a community instead of a business. There is a gym that you have 24 hr access to which is nice although I wish the machines and equipment were more up to date, but its no biggie. There is a recreational center directly across the street that my husband uses often. They have basketball leagues and others that anyone can start or join which is a good way to get to know your neighbors and meet people in the community while having some fun. All in all I really love this complex, we couldn't have chosen a better place to settle down.

James went above and beyond in reparing the issues. Identified a compounding issue and took the time to fully explain the issue to his assistant. Tidy, cleaned up and was respectful. Thanks

I started looking for a place to call my home in June. I kept coming back to Haven Apartments. The price is right with newly updated units. I had time to move as I signed the lease 2 weeks before then. There were some minor things to be done before I moved in and they were finished fairly quickly. The staff is wonderful, Anita is the best! Very helpful and always gets back to you very soon. I would highly recommend this complex for your next move. UPDATE: 12/29/22- Change of heart. I have had trouble with maintenance. The broken window I asked to be fixed in August before I moved in wasn't fixed until October sometime. Right before that cold spell. I asked consistently about the outside light that was in the hall way. Their response "We'll get to it right away." 2 months later... Two weeks ago 12/15 my toilet over flowed. This was after hours so I called the emergency maintenance number at 6:50pm. No body called so I called again at 8:50pm, still no one called or came to fix it. Wouldn't you want to be able to go to the bathroom? I couldn't! This was very frustrating as I had my bathroom floor, hallway and under my washer and dryer were soaking wet. Moving on to the next day. I stopped at the office and spoke with Anita about the situation. She was very kind and apologetic. She said she would send someone out quickly. I went to work. Came home for lunch, walked into the bathroom, my hall and under the washer and dryer because it was soaking wet again. Mind you I had just washed all my rugs and pulled out the washer and dryer from the night before. Who ever was there left the floor soaking wet again. I missed a half days work because I had to clean it up again. Should I ask for compensation! Nope, they probably don't even read these reviews. They didn't leave a note to say anything about it being left that way. I'm still very frustrated that one of the maintenance men would do this and not think to have a little respect for me. Not very happy!
