The second bedroom features a walk-in closet. There is a small private deck accessed from the dining room. The unit has an assigned 1-car garage across from the building entrance. The tenant is responsible for Electricity. All other utilities are included in the rent! Unfortunately, this is a no-pet property. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11-month lease minimum.
