Hi, we are a young couple ages 26 and 21 looking for some great roommates to fill our newly bought home! We have availability now through mid August. The lease will be a month to month lease with the option to lease with us up until the middle of August. Due to our proximity to a direct bike path, we are only a 5-12 min bike ride away from the UC Davis campus. Supermarkets are easily within walking distance. Rent is $550 a month, for a single person in a private room. Rent is $700 a month if the private room is going to be shared. The cost of utilities will be split evenly between all persons in the house. (Electricity, Gas,Wi-Fi, Drinking Water, Domestic Water, Sewer and Garbage) House is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, and you would have a shared bathroom with one other room. Your room has the option of coming furnished with a bed dresser and desk, or you can bring your own things and we can store ours. A little about us: I'm a senior at Sac State studying Mechanical engineering. (Graduating in 2 months!!!) We are clean, easy going, love to have fun and enjoy lots of outdoor physical activity's. We have a little dog named Tomato who you can see in the pictures below, he has a non-shedding coat, he is friendly, totally house trained. We have a short haired cat named eggs he is sweet and friendly. When responding back to the advertisement both Chinese and English can be understood.
