Great townhome! Master bedroom is upstairs with full bath and a walkout rooftop balcony. Downstairs is the 2 guest rooms, one has access to the hall/guest bath. All windows have blinds that you can pull up or down. Good sized kitchen with granite countertops. New LVP downstairs, new washer and dryer. Cool area for storage under the stairs, from the laundry room. Home also has water softner system. Nice little backyard with artifical turf, and privacy fence to keep out prying eyes. Close to community pool and spa.
