Spacious queen bedroom (you might share the upstairs bathroom with another guest). I have a clean, bright, peaceful place (3 rooms 2 full bathrooms and 1 half) with all the amenities you need including access to everything from a centrally located place. There is a neighborhood of new homes, a park, walking trail, playground and pool. The space Room has a fully equipped bathroom that is right outside the bedrooms, potentially shared with other guest. Tempurpedic queen bed, blackout curtains, tv, desk, lounge beanbag and a walk-in closet. I live in the king bedroom, which I rent out sometimes. I also work from home. Guest access You are welcome to the entire townhome. I may or may not be here but I am quiet and will sometimes be out of town. The only place off limits is my bedroom if I’m not home. Sometimes I do rent it out when I’m away. There are three bedrooms total and 2.5 bathrooms. The half bathroom downstairs is open to all. The full bathroom upstairs may or may not be shared depending on occupancy. Pool is accessible during summer months. Last day is September 30th. Other things to note You are welcome to cook and use all of the included amenities.
