The property is within walking distance of UMKC dental, pharmacy, and medical school and has been used for that purpose for the last 8 years. Great neighbors on either side. Has a back deck and front porch. Also, has a shed outback with parking spaces. We also highly welcome students from the dental, medical, or pharmacy school. Please contact us if interested. Owner pays utilities and upkeeps lawn. Washer and dryer are included. Electric lawn mower provided. We pay for major appliance and house repair as needed. No smoking permitted in house. Parking available off street in back of house.
