A large detached workshop offers plenty of space for your hobbies and artistic endeavors. 648 sq ft 2 bed/1 bath Central AC Separate workshop Wood floors Large enclosed yard Washer/dryer Dishwasher Vintage stove Decorative fireplace $2193 due at lease signing. This includes a $1693 refundable security deposit, $250 non-refundable cleaning fee, and $250 non-refundable leasing fee. First month's rent due at move-in. Tenant shall arrange and pay for gas and electric. Water will be billed monthly based on usage. Our residents are automatically enrolled in our Resident Benefits Package. The cost of this program is $39 per month and includes renter's insurance, HVAC air filter delivery, identity theft protection, a rewards program, credit score building, and concierge utility transfer service. Water will be kept in the owner's name and billed through the tenant monthly. Well-behaved and loved pets are welcome with an additional $200 per pet fee, subject to owner approval.
