You would be living with a social sweet couple and another female roomie, who is my best friend. Our idea tenant is a responsible, friendly, drama free female. We love our harmonious environment and you must as well. Our idea tenant will pick up after themselves in all shared areas and help with the housework. You would be considered a housemate, so we do not expect you to live only in your room, unless that is what you prefer. The home is open for your use in most areas: kitchen, living room, laundry room, deck overlooking the bay. You will be sharing a bathroom with tub with one other person. There is a guest bathroom downstairs. If needed, we can furnish the bedroom for you.
