Laundry room with washer and dryer included (provided as-is) Heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump, and there's a propane fireplace in the living room. At the back of the house is an additional 400 square foot cabin that can be used as an office or storage (but not as bedroom) Tenant Responsibilities Sewer/septic and grass mowing are included in the rent. Tenants pay electricity, water, garbage, propane, and are responsible for weeding and trimming the planter beds. Pets Pets possible on case-by-case basis with $500 additional deposit and $50 monthly pet rent.
