Hardwood floors throughout house; window a/c units; ceiling fans; dishwasher; washer/dryer. Close to all amenities. One block from Whole Foods grocery store, dry cleaners, gym, post office, and Fed Ex. Three blocks from Ace Hardware, Trader Joe's and many restaurants. On many bus lines that go to downtown DC and Dupont Circle. Short bus ride to red line Metro station (or 15 minute walk). 5-8 minute bus ride to Georgetown U. or American University. 20-minute bus ride to George Washington University.
