The upper unit, 24A Ash Street, includes existing washer, Maytag dryer and laundry table with cabinets. The interior of the 24A Ash Street unit boasts a newer York HVAC unit from 2021- central A/C and heat. Kitchen conveniently includes four total, 4 gang electrical outlets above the countertops, including one 4 gang outlet with its own dedicated USB and USB-C outlets, totaling 6 sources of power. The appliances in the Kitchen include- Whirlpool Super Capacity 465 gas range stove, Frigidaire microwave, full size Frigidaire refrigerator, InSinkerator Pro garbage disposal and Bosch dishwasher. Bathroom has 2026 brand new sliding glass doors to the full sized tub and shower with a Kohler toilet. Flooring includes- tile in bathroom, laminate tile flooring in kitchen and hallway then carpeted throughout the remainder of unit. Two private off street driveway parking spots dedicated to 24A Ash Street upper unit. Water/sewer/trash fees per the City of Woburn are the responsibility of the landlord. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. 24A Ash Street is part of a landlord owned, 3 family property located in South Woburn, just a 5 minute walk from gorgeous Horn Pond, which has kayak rentals in season. Conveniently located within just a 10 minute radius of several major highways: Route 93, Route 95 and Route 3. Or easily take the public transit MBTA bus at the end of the street, Main Street, to Wellington Station for additional MBTA bus, train and subway transfer services. Three MBTA Commuter purple line train stations are located nearby the property- Anderson in Woburn and either the Winchester Center or Wedgemere, both Winchester stations. All are located 10 and 5 minutes away respectively. Private access to backyard space with green grass and a pear tree. Access to the cellar space is from the backyard, down the stairs from the main entryway, which includes a washer and Maytag dryer with a large laundry table. Storage is included within the same room as laundry for the upper Ash Street unit. Access to the landlord's driveway patio area is shared amongst all the housemates, including the patio furniture and gas grill, As-Is condition and tenants are expected to be stewards of the shared space. The neighborhood community are mostly generations of family owned homes and are a welcoming community to new, upstanding neighbors on Ash Street and surrounding neighborhood streets. Tenant must have a minimum credit score of 680. An annual lease will be renewed upon review with all parties. Due upon signing the initial lease agreement- first and last months rent and security deposit equal to 1 month rent, $2450 x3 = $7,350.00 payable via Zelle, cashiers check or cash only.
