My husband and I moved here two years ago, and we have really enjoyed our experience!! S/O to our leasing agent Austin! Anytime we had any questions/concerns he was so quick to figure out a solution! He was always so friendly and ready to help out! If you’re thinking about moving in to this community ask for Austin.
Also the maintenance team has been amazing!! Anytime anything needed to be fixed they were super quick to get the work done. If the problem wasn’t fixed immediately they would work on it until the job was completed correctly! We ended up moving states recently, but if we ever found ourselves back in Houston we would definitely sign another lease here at Camden!! Thank you Austin and team!
Leasing team: Chandler and his team are very professional, responsive and caring; best customer service! And yes I did checked several places and none can compare. I never had a chance to visit before moving in and they made sure I am well informed about the apartment, neighborhood and public transportation. The leasing team uses the best technology on all transactions, yes including Google Earth. They responded to my emails almost in an instant I sent it. Phone calls were all answered promptly. All information were provided from step 1 to the end including utilities.
Maintenance and Service team: Lazaro and Angel are the most caring, professional and hardworking maintenance team I ever met. Yes there were minor issues in my first week, and they fixed it on time. You better be ready when you call or email to report any issues, they are faster than 911! and I am not even kidding.
Location: Grocery store just as you step out. Very diverse restaurant choices. However, just like any part of downtown (this is midtown of course) there will be homeless but they will not bother you.

Moved out of the area 4 years ago due to a terrible experience with a different apartment so was reluctant to try apartment living again. Looked at 6 different places and Austin by far won me over with his great attitude, openness to answer any question and very transparent way of doing business. Price was in my range and about the same as the other places I looked at and the units/communities weren't as nice. They made paperwork and finalizing everything a breeze really happy I went with Camden restored my faith in apartment complex's. Even maintenance was helpful on my move in day showing me the best way to get my things in complex. Literally can't think of 1 negative thing to say which is rare in customer service these days.

Austin and Steph were so helpful. Austin answered all of my questions and really helped me feel at ease. Camden as of now is my first choice, I will provide an update if I move in.
UPDATE!!!!
It has been approximately 1 month since moving in and I’m very happy about my decision! The office was super accommodating with my move and definitely went the extra mile for me as I was moving in from out of state. The apartment looked almost brand new, new paint, seemingly new carpet, etc. I feel very safe here.
There are a lot of homeless in the general midtown area and so one needs to be careful when opening the garage and such that they don’t sneak in, but other than that I would say it’s a non issue. Make sure you lock your car and don’t leave anything valuable inside, and you will be fine, which is what they tell you when moving in.
I’ve seen a few bugs but that’s expected with the weather change. I immediately requested pest control and they came in and took care of my apartment. Maintenance is great and very timely, the front office is great as well, it can be sometimes hard to reach them via a call but they allow texting and they have a 24/7 emergency line as well!

I'm very excited about moving to this place. Before applying here, I made sure I liked it. I visited approximately 14 properties in the area, and none met all my standards that I already had on my list. It's important to note that I've lived in Midtown for over a year in another property, so I know the area well. The issue of homelessness is common in this area, so if your concern is them, you'll find them anywhere in Midtown.
Returning to the topic of this place, I liked that every time I visited, everything was kept tidy and clean, which is important to me. I want to thank Stephanie for her guidance and follow-up, but I was also very well attended to by Austin and Brian; they are very friendly and helpful.

I have lived at Camden Midtown for over 2 years and I love it! The Staff is super responsive and always happy to help. Ashley Till has been very helpful and really cares about her residents. The maintenance crew is also amazing and gets service requests taken care of within 24 hours.

It's been a week and I love it. A+ value, A+ Location, A+ amenities, A+ parking facilities, Awesome Austin and Fantastic Ashley. Everything was smooth. Austin called me Sunday, I check out the apartment, apply, and other stuff the same day. I get my keys on the move in date. Activities and parks in and around the building. I put my office in the living room. Balcony is my go-to.
First I would like to say that Austin is great!! Due to unforeseen circumstances I arrived late for my move-in date, just a couple minutes before the Leasing Center closes. And Austin was still kind enough to proceed with finalizing my lease on time so I wouldn’t be charged a fee. He was so helpful and open to questions during the whole process!! also made sure I was squared away in a timely manner. Secondly, I would like to touch on Misty’s customer service support over the phone she’s very helpful and nice!
