Greetings, We have one unfurnished room that is currently available in 3BR/3BA apartment. Preferably the move-in date should be scheduled no later than July 1st, but we might be flexible. We prefer someone who can stay for 1 year at least until the lease renews on July 1, 2021. The room is 15x12 and has a private bathroom. The apartment building is located 1.5 miles away from West Falls Church metro and Tyson Corner both ways. There is a nice shopping plaza near by with Whole Foods, Trader's Joe and cafes/restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. About the apartment: Dining area Living room Balcony Laundry/Dryer in the unit Kitchen Free parking, free guest passes available 24 hours front desk All utilities are included (internet as well) Pool/tennis court/picnic area with grills are available seasonally Basic gym in the building About us: Two young professional females in their early 30s, respectful, clean and friendly. We keep our place neat and quiet all the time. Both work 8-5/M-F schedules. Sorry, no pets. Females only. Due to COVID-19 concern, please wear a mask and gloves if you are coming to look at the room in-person. Facetime tours are available as well if needed. You will be added to the lease that runs until July 1, 2021 if approved by our realtor company (will need to apply with the realtor company directly who runs the background check, application fee is about $30-50 paid by new residents).
