This is a beautifully redone duplex located in the Mountain Park area of Lake Oswego. Enjoy access to the Mt. This is a beautiful setting with a private fenced backyard, close to restaurants and shopping. There is a two car garage and new landscaping with an automatic sprinkler. As you go into the property you will notice the wide-open spacious kitchen that has a beautiful island and fine finishes. This leads to the dining area and the vaulted living room. The living room has a gas fireplace and a sliding glass door to the large entertaining patio. Going the opposite way from the kitchen is a hallway that leads to a laundry room and a full bathroom with a tub shower. The primary room has its own bathroom with a shower and quartz finishes, this room also has a sliding glass door to the porch. There are two additional bedrooms off of the main hallway, one looks to the side yard and the other to the front yard. Oak Creek Elementary Lake Oswego Middle School Lake Oswego High School No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping allowed. North Star requires proof of insurance of $1M (one million dollars) before move in. Sometimes Zillow populates amenities incorrectly.
