I recently attended a tour of The Steward and overall I was super impressed with this apartment building. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood plus its close to several restaurants and other retail shops. The units have a wide variety of floor plans, they are quite spacious with high ceilings, and have huge windows with incredible views!! Also, the building has some great sustainability features because it’s fully electric with solar and they also have EV charging stations for tenants in their parking garage. I would highly recommend to schedule a visit!

I recently toured The Steward, an all-electric apartment community, and I was really impressed. It's clear they’re committed to sustainability, with energy-efficient systems, EV charging stations, and an all-electric infrastructure that really sets it apart. The apartments themselves are beautiful—clean, modern designs with white and natural wood tones that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in so much natural light, making the space feel open and airy, and the views are fantastic. I also loved the outdoor deck and the club room—they’re perfect for relaxing or enjoying some time outdoors. It’s obvious that The Steward prioritizes both sustainability and quality of life. I really wish there were more developments like this in the Tigard Triangle! If you're looking for a modern, eco-friendly living space with great design and amenities, The Steward is definitely worth checking out.
