Hi! Master bedroom for rent in 3-bedroom condo. Private room. Private bathroom. Your room is not furnished but the rest of the house is. Very clean and very quiet home. Home is shared with 2 other busy professionals (we're a couple in 5+ year relationship). We keep to ourselves. It's like living in your own apartment but with the comfort and safety knowing two others are around. Beautiful natural light and views of nature. Sorry no pets due to allergies. No guests as we like to keep the home for just us so it stays serene, peaceful, and quiet. -Beautiful, easy-to-clean hardwood floors -Your own refrigerator -Light kitchen use (quick meals because all housemates share the same kitchen) -Your own bathroom -In-house washer and dryer -Ample parking (no driving around for an hour to find a spot, LOL) -Recessed lighting -Quiet home and neighborhood -Amenities: pool, jacuzzi, basketball, tennis, volleyball courts, clubhouse, and playground -Close to Irvine Spectrum (outdoor shopping mall) -Close to Trader Joe's, Mother's Market, Whole Foods -Close to Chapman, UCI, IVC -10 minutes to Laguna Beach, 1 hour to LA, 1 hour to San Diego, easy access to the 5, 405, and 133 I've lived here 11 years and don't know why anyone would want to live anywhere else, LOL. I love it here! It's about as rural as you're going to find in Orange County, with the quiet, peaceful woods as your backyard, but still close to all the entertainment and fun! Your bedroom and attached bath is upstairs (with a bedroom below you). The other two bedrooms are downstairs (ours) and share a bathroom. We both work in marketing from home. We prefer someone who works out of the house so it stays quiet during the day. We're friendly and respectful of your alone time. We mostly stay in our rooms. -Rent: $1600/month (includes internet, electricity, water, gas, trash) Sorry, not negotiable! -Parking: ample -Utilities: all are included (except cable TV) -Terms: 1yr lease (turns into month-to-month after that) -Deposit: $1150 -Available: November -Rental process: Application and link for a credit/background website that you fill-out and the information gets submitted to the landlord. Cost is $45. I'll give you the link. Total move-in cost: $2,795. ABOUT YOU: You operate out of kindness and love, therefore: -Pay rent every month early or on-time, never late, because you would hate to burden anyone to pay their bills on-time. -Leave common areas cleaner than you entered them (wiping counters and floors of any crumbs, hairs, etc), because you would feel terrible making others clean-up after you. -Mostly an introvert but friendly in passing, because you want to feel warm and friendly towards your housemates. -Quiet and calm in your room, because there's a bedroom below you and you'd feel awful disturbing anyone. -Go with the flow of the house and blend in, because you steer clear of drama. -No guests or overnights because you enjoy going to their house or meeting them elsewhere instead. -Don't cook/bake much but if you do, you make sure to clean/scrub everything thoroughly when you're done, because that's how you'd want to find the kitchen if someone cooked before you. -Keep your bedroom and bathroom reasonably clean, because you care about your health and taking care of the space you're in.
