Upon entering the condominium: -to the left is the living room -to the right is the eat-in kitchen with an island & granite countertops throughout and stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) Down the hallway: -to the left is the main bedroom with walk-in close and private full bathroom (with Jack & Jill sinks) -to the right is the common area full bathroom and 2nd bedroom -directly in front is the bonus room that opens to the patio/backyard -stacked washer/dryer "room" Additional features: -"wood" flooring throughout (bathrooms are ceramic tiled) -central AC and heating -two (2) reserved parking spots in the near by lot -a pet is allowed with $35 additional rent per month (please see attached list of breeds not allowed, tenant's insurance required and must adhere to rules & regulations of New Brunswick) Located a couple blocks off of George Street, in close proximity to: -New Brunswick's theater district, the New Brunswick & Middlesex County Courthouses -lots of restaurants (Frog & The Peach Restaurant is across the street) and shopping -Rutgers University, Robert Wood Johnson Hospital and Saint Peter's Hospital -Routes 18, 1 & 130, Easton Avenue, River Road and the NJ Turnpike -NJ Transit train (downtown New Brunswick) within a few blocks -public bus service Owner pays: -real estate leasing fee -property management service specific to the unit -HOA monthly fee (which includes common area snow removal) -garbage and recycling -water & sewer up to $100 a quarter (which has always cover the entire bill) Additional information: -tenant responsible for remaining utilities -minimum 1-year lease -first month's rent and 1.5 months security deposit is due at lease signing -prospective tenants subject to background check and must qualify to rent (eviction, work history & credit).
