Great staff, the doormen are super nice. Spacious apartments and great location. Only downfall is the parking, visitors will have to do meter parking on the street.
Mainly to Bob and Meet Patel - obviously You two are friends, since the bad review is only couple days apart! You have to follow the rules and be professional to expect to be treated professionally. I have never had a problem with management, as well as with Kasia. Never had problem to get response in timely manner, but I do not sent one email after another or call after call - I gave them a time to respond. There is more people than only me that need their attention. So, pay your rent on time, had nice word to say and be reasonable with your expectations! You won’t loose your crown if you bend your head...you not a king, you don’t have one!
Also, it is a shame the way management answer to those complains...stood by your employee and you policies.

I'm in my second year living at The Vue, and I've had nothing but a positive experience since day 1. The staff is excellent, the apartments are modern and bright, and considering the proximity to the train station the location could not be better. I'm surprised to see complaints about the management. (That info is outdated - there was a complete change to the management team about 5 months ago.) The management staff is extremely professional and very accessible. I must also say I'm surprised to hear a complaint about the previous management team, because they were incredible as well. Give this building a try -- you will not be disappointed.
The best of the best at Virginia Tech! Everyone is pro active, attentive and wonderful to deal with! I will miss visiting my son at "The Vue" since he is graduating 2023. It made his experience top notch! Beautiful apartments at an affordable price point! (the Reserve was amazing as well!)
I currently live in the Vue and it is a great experience. I love this place. The door men are very friendly; you should get to know them. The elevators are really fast, which is great when you live on a high up floor. The trash rooms are convenient, although I still don't know why they are locked. One thing you should know is that a resident parking pass cost $170 per month, even if you live here...which is ridiculous.

I lived in the Vue from Aug-2017 through June-2020. We loved our stay. First of all, the apartments are very soundproof (with the exception of the front door). Rarely did we hear our neighbors (and even the train and hospital were not that bad either). The apartments have a great modern feel and the size of the two bedrooms were big enough to comfortably fit two full bed frames in each bedroom. The location was super convenient. The first two years, I was a student at Rutgers. The final year of our stay I had a job that required commuting to NYC. The location was perfect for both getting to class or hopping on a train to NYC everyday (which was about 55 minutes to get to Penn Station). The management was great over our stay (we only had one small issue with them over replacing our broken washer/dryer unit that was eventually fixed). The gym is small, but useful to stay in shape. There are a bunch of decent restaurants that are all within walking distance. The only negative about the place was the rising rent (the rent rose ~$200/month from start to end) and the price of parking (which was around $200/month). I would definitely recommend this place to any RU students or NYC commuters or anyone working at the nearby hospital or JNJ HQ.
note: I am attaching a video of our apartment from the first day we moved in

I really loved living at the Vue. Moved in when the building just opened in 2012 and had lived there until early July 2019 (had to move because of work). The management team is excellent, professional and very friendly. Everyone has been very nice and supportive. Kasia, Keith, and Karol, thank you so much!
I lived in a one bedroom apartment with an excellent floor plan (nice large bedroom) and a truly WONDERFUL view. The property truly deserves its name! I could enjoy a view of the Raritan river and the Manhattan skyline in the distance. In my opinion, the view is super important, and my apartment delivered 100%.
The kitchen was very nice - I really liked the kitchen isle and the appliances. I found it very convenient for cooking. Many great meals were prepared there :)
Finally, there are nice parks and green spots nearby.
Loved my stay at the Vue and really miss the place. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Happy living in this community! A beautiful and well maintained property with great friendly neighbors, efficient and helpful manager, responsive maintenance and nice concierge services. We also love the pleasantness of the place as the train station and the university are in the vicinity. Convenient location as it’s proximity to restaurants, the bookstore, grocery buy and the Highland Park. Recently, I enjoyed the fun summer party with a good spread of great foods and a DJ organized by the property manager. It brings back the happy memories I had in the Windsor WU the recent years.
