I have been living in The Mint for over 2 years. The building was a new development with great amenities. The development is placed in a great, safe area with access to other towns and highways to NYC. My family and I enjoy living here, it’s peaceful, kid friendly, nice neighbors and no drama! Most importantly the service and attention provided to the residents from property management and maintenance are quick and efficient.

I love living here. I don't know why there are so many poor reviews as the building itself is great.The trash room smells amazing despite it being a trash room. Ive had a few maintenance issues with my unit and the team was in within a few hours. The gym and spa are a nice perk in the area and I love that there are a bunch of restaurants under the complex. Overall a great place to live. Especially that the train station is a 3 min walk from the building. The elevator has been down once in a while and the garage door had a malfunction but management was quick to get it fixed considering the supply chain issues. There is construction going on next door but the noise is typical for a project that size. Zamona has been very informative with any questions I had and the team works quick to resolve issues in the building.
