Monthly pet rent of $35 per pet applies and an additional refundable Security Deposit of $300 per pet is required. The security deposit for this property is the same as 1.5 times one month's rent. Our Qualifying Criteria may be found here: https all-seasons com qualifying-criteria Professionally Managed by All Seasons LLC, CRMC 1610 S Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80905. An additional $100 Annual Leasing Support Charge is waived upon move in but would be due upon each lease renewal thereafter. Initial lease term shall be for 11 months. This property is available for immediate move in! Applicant has the right to provide All Seasons, LLC CRMC a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado revised statutes; and if the Applicant provides All Seasons, LLC CRMC with a PTSR, All Seasons, LLC CRMC is prohibited from: 1) charging the applicant a rental application fee or 2) charging the applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR.
