Monthly pet rent of $35 per pet applies and an additional refundable Security Deposit of $300 per pet is required. The security deposit for this property is the same as 1.5 times one month's rent. Our Qualifying Criteria may be found here: https all-seasons com qualifying-criteria Professionally Managed by All Seasons LLC, CRMC 1610 S Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80905. An additional $100 Annual Leasing Support Charge is due upon lease commencement and each renewal thereafter. Initial lease term shall be for 11 months. This property is available for immediate move in!
