Private utility closet with storage space and W/D hook ups. Off Street Parking, Utilities are not included. Application Process: Every occupant age 18 or older must submit a separate application. Application fees are $75 per adult and are non-refundable. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. No smoking permitted. Household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (net income). Verifiable income is required in the form of pay stubs for the past two months. Applicants must provide verifiable 5-year rental and/or mortgage history. No prior evictions accepted. Security deposit equal to one to two months' rent is required, depending on background and application results. Upon approval, there is a $100 lease preparation fee. The security deposit is due upon approval to hold the property, and first month's rent is due prior to move-in. All applications are subject to final owner approval.
