I have lived here for almost 2 years, 2018-present (2020). I have read the horrible reviews and can honestly say they are false. Yes, I have had a few mishaps regarding repairs, or obtaining renters insurance, etc. But the staff has always been quick to resolve my issues. Sometimes the neighbors can be a bit noisy, but its honestly not that bad, I'm not sure what exactly they expect when you share walls with other apartments and rooms and people. clearly they need to go back to 3rd grade when they do science experiments to see how loud and fast sound travels, idk. Its an apartment complex with rent as low as $1100 for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment? That's a steal. When appliances break or need repaired, they are quick to fix or replace whatever is needed. My washer broke and I had to wash clothes in the bathtub, they promptly fixed the washer within 2 days of m e filing a maintenance request. My garbage disposal was leaking from under the sink, I filed a maintenance request, they told me nothing was wrong, a few months later, I noticed the same leak, and they fixed it in two days from the 2nd request. My deadbolt would not latch/unlatch easily, I thought many times that i would break the key unlocking the door. In 2 days, the issue was fixed. smooth as butter. The people who have complained about dog poop, kids, neighbors, drug use, alcohol, etc. clearly don't understand that the gated condos are in the back of the plaza. If they wanted special treatment, they can pay the extra money to live in the fancy place. I moved out of my parents house when i was 18 and this is my first apartment ever, I'm now 21. Trash and water are included in rent. The only utilities not included would be electric, and internet/cable. I honestly could not find a better AND cheaper place than this. The only set back that actually made me upset would be that sometimes the parking is no bueno. I have come home multiple times past 9pm and the parking lot by my building is full. Only recently (11/15) did I have to park on the opposite end of the parking lot, away from my part of the building. Thankfully, with a raise and new job, I can now afford the extra $20 for a covered, guaranteed parking spot. They even let you pick the spot if there's more than one available!!! I honestly would only move away from this place to own a house. Period.
