Nice size room on top floor of 2 bedroom home in the center of Phinney Ridge and less than 1 block from public transportation, groceries and restaurants. Present housemate is employed full time, paints as a hobby and does other art projects on the side. Looking for an employed housemate that is also 420 friendly. Shared spaces include kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry. Parking is easy to find. Home is located directly behind Ken's Market and above a space they use for storage. The noise from deliveries can be heard at times but the price of rent is reflected and having the market next door is an amazing benefit. Must have prior job and housing references. Utilities run about $100 a month Will consider a short term lease of 3 months or more. Respond via email with a brief bio. including interests, employment and why you're moving.
