In house tenant looking for roommates in a three-story town home that is within a mile of ASU Tempe campus and perfect for students. House is close enough to ASU that you can easily bike or take the free shuttle which has a bus stop right outside our gated community. We're also within walking distance of a grocery store and a few restaurants / fast food places. Our town home is relatively new (built about three years ago) and within a gated community that has an accessible pool area. There are four bedrooms total with three bedrooms on the third floor and one bedroom on the first floor. Two bedrooms on the third floor share a bathroom and the bedroom on the first floor has its own private bathroom. The second floor is the kitchen and living space with another ½ bathroom and two balconies. The second floor living space is furnished, but the bedrooms are not. The first floor also has a washer and dryer. Rent is $700/mo for one of the two bedrooms on the third floor with a shared bathroom and $750/mo for the bedroom on the first floor with a private bathroom. Security deposit is one month’s rent, with a started date of August 1, 2021. Rent includes internet, electricity, and water but there is no cable. The house is non-smoking and we have 1 indoor cat, but aren't allowing any other pets. There is no space in the garage for another vehicle, but there is room for bicycles and room for some storage. Vehicle parking is provided within and outside the gated community. About the roommates We're friendly, but mostly keep to ourselves. Going back to ASU for another degree in the fall so having other students / roommates who value studying and a quiet place to live would be ideal.
