The other floor is occupied, always with advance notice, less than 60 days a year by owners who live in Costa Rica. Additional guest room available on request for short stays when owners not there. For the right tenant, much of this stunning floor can be used while the residents are gone in return for house sitting services. Includes 1 garage spot. Small dog ok for a fee.
