(2) Please, no parties, no outside visitors, and no overnight guests. (3) Please show respect to our neighbors , and others. Quiet hrs from 10 pm to 7 am. (4) When staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. No smoking or vaping inside the house. (5) Try and refrain from eating in other part of the house except kitchen, dinning and sun room. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. (6) Please keep kitchen and other common areas tight, clean and in order if using. (7) Please clean the bathtub, sink , floor, toilet after use. Take short shower to be considerate and not long hrs in the bathroom if sharing bathroom. (8) Please do not keep water running in Kitchen and bathroom (9) No candle or incense inside the room if not in the room. (10) Please help us care for our home during your stay. (11) Laundry hours are between 10 am to 8pm for long term guests , Two load per week.(12)No downloading or torrenting unsanctioned copyrighted material (13) We love pets.
