been living here for over 4 years, the staff and maintenance folks are first rate! I would highly recommend this appartment complex to anyone. the grounds are always clean, the pool is fantastic, the gym is perfect, the grill areas are always clean. Albert Morales

We have only been here a week but so far so good. The office staff is super sweet and helpful. I really like the layout of the apartment. The water pressure is awesome. The neighbors seem really nice so far and everyone is polite. Yes parking is limited BUT anyone that complains about the parking has clearly never lived in an apartment or stepped foot inside 285. It's not that big of a deal. Update after being here 18 months: It is a nice apartment community. The grounds and apartments are very well maintained. The office staff is great. They are very polite and are very quick to resolve any issues you may have. The maintenance staff is also great. Very fast to respond to any issues and also very professional. I really have nothing negative to say.
