Downtown Berkeley one bedroom apartment available for February 2014 move-in! Let’s be honest, we’ve all done the apartment search rat race. So I’m going to give it to you straight. Our lease is through May 2014. We need to move back to the midwest in February. Therefore, we need you to move in so we can move out. This would make you an altogether awesome life-saving person. Nothing is wrong with the unit and it’s been a great, safe, conveniently located home. It’s in the lovely Library Gardens building. It would be a great space for a couple (like us) or a pair of roomies/friends. It has a good vibe and dogs are allowed! Rent is $1995 a month (includes $50 cable/Internet). Our water/electric comes to about $50 a month. See professional photos- Amenities +Kitchen: built-in microwave, garbage disposal, full size dishwasher and fridge, plenty of cabinets +High speed internet access +Laundry room right down the hall (you add $ to a card, no quarters necessary) +Elevator (make moving in much easier!) +Secure entry +Parking garage +Bike lockers and racks Location +2020 Kittredge St., Berkeley, CA 94704 +The building is above the delicious Cafe Clem and their beautiful patio, right next to the downtown Berkeley Public Library, down the street from the Berkeley YMCA, a block away MLK Jr. Civic Center Park, near Trader Joe’s and in the heart of all the wonderful bars/restaurants/theaters/shops on Shattuck and University. +A few blocks from UC Berkeley Transport I don’t have a car and haven’t needed one with this location! The building is a block away from the Downtown Berkeley BART station and multiple AC Transit stops and downtown hub. City Carshare has 3-4 cars parked in the parking garage ready for your next adventure. People Walls are thick. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Building management is respectful helpful. Perfect for a couple, pair of friends/roomies, Cal students, professionals who work in the East Bay or SF.
