Next door to Santa Fe Swim Club, where we found it was very easy to make friends! 15-minute walk to Lamar Park shopping center with Hester’s Bakery. 15 minute drive to downtown. Easy commute to Wilson Elementary. This modern, updated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has ample, built in storage. The main living space has been a dream with small children. It’s easy to cook, work, or relax and keep quick toddlers in sight! Oversized master bedroom sits on the ground floor with ample room for private sitting area (perfect for parents of teens) and enjoys convenient built in desk space. Large walk in closet includes huge gun safe bolted to foundation. Giant walk in shower with detachable shower head and rain feature (we found it extra helpful as a space to wash our dog). The master bath is big: no danger of fighting with your partner for space! Upstairs, 3 bedrooms make clever use of space for walk in closets and extra storage. Detached bath includes double vanities and bathtub for washing kiddos. Second upstairs bath is off of third bedroom as a second master and includes walk in shower. In the backyard, a large covered patio is wonderful for making the most of good weather. The front yard’s hanging bench receives shade from mature oak trees. The garage is air conditioned (a luxury I will sorely miss!) and has a hook up for an electric vehicle. Listed and managed by owner (we’re moving for work but still love the house and adore the neighborhood). Washing machine, dryer, and kitchen appliances are included in rent.
