Additional small storage loft above closet. Tile floors throughout. Beautiful wood vaulted ceilings. Lots of windows and glass doors. Private decks front and back. Private storage lockers in covered parking area plus shed with central storage for surfboards, bicycles, more. Coin-operated laundry on site. No shared walls. Mature landscaping with beautiful tall trees. The five units share eight parking spaces, four of which are covered. Plenty of street parking as well. See pictures. Tenant pays gas, water, and electricity. Each unit separately metered for gas, water, and electricity. Owner pays for landscaping, irrigation water, and garbage/recycling. No smoking inside. One year lease.
