The home is fully furnished, except for your bedroom. Although, I can furnish your bedroom if needed. We have a large living and dining room. The kitchen and dining nook are comfortable and attached to the washer-dryer-mudroom. The AC and heater keep us very comfortable. The backyard is fenced. I ride my bicycle to class every day. I can get to UF's Law school in less than 5 minutes There is a back-woods access to Loblolly nature park in the neighborhood, which also cuts through to 8th Ave and Hogtown creek.
