There is ample space for a room divider for your bed area and for a separate living space. In the kitchen area, there is enough space for a small dining table and additional pantry storage. The bathroom is tiled and offers enough space for additional storage and you will also find the small washer and dryer located here. The apartment is conveniently located West Passyunk Avenue, Snyder Ave, Major Grocery Stores including the Quartermaster Plaza and near the Broad Street Subway and other transportation to Center City, neighborhood Restaurants and Shopping Centers are close-by. The Walt Whitman Bridge, I-76 and I-95 are minutes away. There is a $40 non refundable application for each adult and upon approval one month's rent is due immediately, then 2 month's security deposit is due at move in. All tenant's must provide proof of all utilities being in their name prior to move in. This unit is vacant and the owner is seeking a move in within 45 days. Please take any measurements needed at the showing.
