Great central location to Spartanburg and Greenville. Near BMW with easy access to I 85. One small dog under 25lbs negotiable with approved pet screening and pet fee. No smoking or vaping on the property. Tenant is responsible for all yard work. Price includes a refrigerator however rent can be reduced $25 per month if tenant brings their own.
