Convenience and comfort rolled into one at The Grove Apartments, located between I-85 and I-26 on the West Side of Spartanburg, South Carolina. Situated just minutes away from Westgate Mall and our historic downtown, The Grove Apartments' residents enjoy a plethora of community amenities. This includes a 24-hour fitness center, a swimming pool with an outdoor kitchen, and a pavilion with a covered picnic area next to the playground. Residents always have somewhere to escape the bustle of a busy day, including when they walk in the front door of their apartment. Our apartment homes include fully furnished kitchens and open-concept layouts that include plank flooring and granite counter tops.

Quanya and Melissa were a big help and made our move in process easy! They answered all of our questions and were very friendly and knowledgeable! Once we moved in, we had an issue with our faucet that was resolved quickly and professionally by the maintenance team, Jerry and Brian. My husband and I are loving our new home and are thankful to the staff that are here, thank you guys for being awesome!

First thing to know is that current management recently started running the place within the past year, I'm told the people running things before did not keep up with maintenance. I've lived here for a few months and in spite of the few issues I've had, management has done an excellent job responding quickly and fixing everything. The office staff have gone above and beyond to be helpful. They've worked to make sure people don't leave trash everywhere, and have made huge steps to improve the facilities in general. So long as you do what you're supposed to do (pay rent on time and not leave garbage everywhere), this is a great place to live!
