Pet(s) do not belong to any known aggressive breeds, and the pet(s) have not displayed any vicious tendencies (including, but not limited to, previous bite incidents, animal attacks, or other aggressive behavior), and any false statements regarding these matters shall constitute a substantial breach of the lease. Breed restrictions include those listed: Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids and any mix of those listed. Reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, or insects are not permitted by occupants or guests within the apartment community.

A very great apartment complex for young couples. The time that we were at lions gate we had no problems at all. I currently live at an overpriced hell hole that rhymes with bashton goods..... I let you all figure that out but long story short my car was broken into and someone stole my sons bike. I miss lions gate and would go back given the chance.

Looking for an apartment, I came across Lions Gate. Though I chose another home, the Property Manager was very courteous when I visited and even followed up with me to see how my search was going. Out of all the apartments I toured, she was the only one that reached out to me after my visit. Thanks for wishing me well with my new home!
