In addition, pet rent of $30 per pet/per month (maximum two pets) is due on the 1st day of each month, along with all other due charges All pets must not belong to aggressive or restricted breeds and must not have exhibited vicious behavior, including but not limited to biting, attacking, or other aggressive conduct. Any misrepresentation regarding a pet’s breed or behavior constitutes a material breach of the lease. Restricted breeds include: Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, and any mix of these breeds. The following animals are strictly prohibited: reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, and insects. These restrictions apply to both residents and guests.

Ever wanted to play giant outdoor chess? Or live in an adorably spacious studio near downtown Greenville? Terrain at Haywood is the perfect place! Moved here in July and I absolutely love the this place. The staff here are wonderfully responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Jen at the front desk has helped plan events for the tenants and even puts on fun decorating competitions for us. Any time I’ve had any questions or concerns she always gets back to me right away. The few times I’ve had maintenance issues I received a response within a days notice -and my neighbor Ricky also happens to be the maintenance man! So that was convenient.

These apartments are wonderfully unique. I have a two bedroom apartment with a loft and I’ve enjoyed it so much. I love being able to look down from my bedroom into the living room. I have gorgeous glass French doors leading to the guest bedroom , and two full baths with updated and gorgeous sinks and counter tops. The layout of these apartments makes it feel like you have a lot more space than you do, which is perfect when you’re paying by the square foot to rent! Jen in the office is extremely friendly, and quick to respond to any issues I’ve had. The office staff in general is very accommodating and excellent with communication. Maintenance has also been prompt and skillful. I definitely recommend this place!
