This unit has central HVAC, new appliances and a full-size front-loading washer/dryer. The kitchen has stone countertops with backsplash. The sunny living room has a decorative gel-burning fireplace with a 60” wall-mounted TV with wood floors throughout. Internet/Cable-ready. Both bedrooms are the same size and large enough for a king-size bed with ample closet space. Both bathrooms have ceramic tile throughout with a walk-in all ceramic shower. We offer a nonrefundable move-in fee of $595 in lieu of a security deposit. Pets are welcome with a small nonrefundable pet fee and monthly fee (2 pet limit).
