I'm currently a 23 year old software developer working downtown, and I work from 9a - 5p usually. I have a large dog, a husky-mix named Echo. He's absolutely friendly and if you like dogs at all he'll be your best friend. He's well housebroken and doesn't bark. There is no space for additional pets in the unit, sorry! Rent is $1000/month. Utilities include only Electric and Gas, which usually comes out to ~$65/month after being split two ways. Internet is 20Mbps, tv is DirectTV with premium channels (HBO).
