Edit: i am ONLY rating SAGE from bell partners maintenance 5 stars. That does not go for property management who, deserves 1 star. Dealing with the incompetence of the leasing office management is another review. Sage was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. After fixing our sink, he replaced some blinds that had broken. Appreciate the help.

I’ve had a really good experience with the maintenance team here so far. Sage was great. Explained everything that was going on very nice and friendly. He made sure to follow up. Jelani was also great. Fixed a ton of things in the apartment and even went above and beyond to get screens for us.
