About The Shell
Live within all the hustle and bustle of Hampton VA. Be within walking distance of everything. This is a Co-Living Community with 7 private rooms and we live amongst each other and boost social interaction. If you are someone who would like to make sure that you keep your things safe, we have security cameras all around the perimeter as well as bedroom door locks that require a pin number to access it. Also, We have housekeeping that comes in once per week to clean all of the shared spaces. Unfortunately, you have to keep your room clean. Housekeeping will not enter your room. Need WIFI? You have it here. Worried about utility bills? No worries, that's included with the rent. Don't have furniture? We've got that covered too! All bedrooms and shared spaces will come with an option of being fully furnished and fully equipped with what you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Rents range from $900/mo-1275/mo and will be available September 30th. Hurry Before they are gone!
