Features include a patio, private basement, 2-car outdoor parking, window treatments, and access to open grass areas. On-site management ensures the property is well-maintained. Property borders a walking and bike path and is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Rent is $1950.00 per month. Resident pays all utilities, including water. Income requirements are 3x the monthly rent, with a minimum credit score of 650, along with favorable landlord references. No evictions or stipulated dismissals within the past three years. A $25 application fee applies per adult. 1-year lease. Renters Insurance is required. We are currently not allowing pet dogs in units. One cat is okay with additional deposit and monthly fee.
