Google fiber basic internet free upon setup with Google Fiber. Credit check. $30.00 application fee may apply if employer verification requires a fee. One onsite coin operated washer & dryer in basement for common usage. All basic utilities included (radiator heat, gas stove, electric, water). You provide window or floor ac unit, but we provide electricity. Excellent group of conscientious tenants in the building, creative & exciting neighborhood. Close to I-35 south, crossroads, city market, and downtown, also close to Blue Bird Cafe, Little Freshie, and other 17th & Summit activities and restaurants.
