-Looking for someone to take our extra bedroom until May. (Roommate was offered a job 3 days before graduation which none of us were expecting). House currently has 2 females and a male living in it. If you want to take over the lease, after May, all the power to ya! -Located in the Grafton Townhomes, Grafton Wisconsin. • Nice neighborhood. No worries about break-ins or damaged/stolen property. • $875 rent gets divvied between 4, making it just under $220 a person. • During winter months, utilities (gas/electric + internet) usually cost us $40/person. Water bill comes once every 3 months, usually $30/person. • You get your own room, half bath, two cupboards in the kitchen and designated shelf space in the fridge, and own parking spot. (if you want the closer parking spot, will be $10 extra, willing to negotiate. Just ask.) • Room belonged to an overly neat and organized girl so no weird stains or smells. • Full closet, white walls and off-white carpet. (first two images shown would be your room) -We have two cats. Not expecting you take care of them, that’s my job, just asking you to tolerate them. They are nice, but not declawed, so you may wish to keep your bedroom/bathroom door closed—that’s fine. -No on-site laundry. We use the Laundromat located two blocks down the road. Decent prices… we also have made a clothesline in the living room so we don’t have to pay for drying—if you wish to use, have at it. We DO however have a dishwasher, and enough tablets to last till the end of the lease. -We already have enough pots and pans, dishes and silverware, but if you want to bring your own that’s fine. Also have a dining table, couch and entertainment center. (no cable tho). Also two futons, a chiar and extra storage shelves in the basement. Basically the house is completely ready to be moved in… all we need is you.
