AMAZING Mountain views!

Have had a great year living here! Management is pretty good and quick to fix issues that come up. There's a great little community of people who talk to each other, and a bunch of friendly dogs to pet (if that's your thing). I have one of the renovated apartments that have ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms, and have never had a problem with temps in the summer or winter. There's a keypad to get into the front door and keys to get into side doors for security and convenience, and cameras in the laundry rooms and main areas help keep the place feeling safe. Overall there's little holding the place back. Fantastic value for what you get, and the community only adds to it.

I have lived in Colorado Springs most of my life, I have had the pleasure of living here for 3 years now and with the growing population this is by far the most affordable family oriented community I have experienced to date. Neighbors are friendly and the owner is hands on. I love that management is not a huge company that only sees me as a check. The rooms are spacious, the building is well maintained. The safety of having all locked access with cameras gives me a sense of security.
