You will have access to a private locking guest room and shared guest bathroom, as well as a kitchen that is fully appointed for cooking onsite, three living/sitting rooms, onsite fitness equipment, and laundry. Outside amenities include a large deck that overlooks the lovely waters of Lake Minnetonka, and a private neighborhood island. This upper level room features water views of sparkling Harrison's Bay of Lake Minnetonka. The room is furnished with a double bed, dresser, bedside table, desk and a Roku TV. The guest bathroom can be shared with up to two other guests. Guests are welcome to make themselves comfortable in the home! This includes cooking in the kitchen, using the barbecue grill, working out on the exercise equipment, or anything else within reason that will make your stay a pleasant and happy one. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS A PRIVATE ROOM FOR RENT IN A SHARED HOME. Must be very clean and respectful, this is a home for mature and respectful individuals. We do not permit parties, indoor smoking, drugs, or pets. Service animals are permitted.
